JCM 408 DI Epoxy Coated Service Saddle with Double Electro Galvanized Straps
The JCM 408 Service Saddle is designed for hot tapping steel, ductile iron, and cast iron pipe. It utilizes a heavy duty double bale saddle body with a fusion allied, heavy duty resilient plastic coating. The 408 is Certified to NSF ANSI 61 standards.

- Body Casting: Wrap around design of Ductile Iron
- Gasket: Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR, Buna-N) temperature range -40° F to +212° F
- Straps: Nominal sizes 2.00" through 12.00" have corrosion resistant steel straps
- Straps: Nominal sizes 14.00" through 24.00" have 2-1/2" wide fabricated steel straps
- Bolts, Nuts, Washers: Stainless steel, 18-8 Type 304
- Coating: Fusion bonded high density blue plastic, 12 mils minimum thickness
- Pressure Rating: Working pressure is 250 PSI hydrostatic
