The JCM 404 Service Saddle is designed for hot tapping steel, ductile iron, cast iron pipe and PVC/plastic pipe. The 404 is furnished with two wide stainless steel straps sizes 2" -24", The 404 is Certified to NSF ANSI 61 standards.

Recommended For: Steel, DI, CI, ACP, PVC, and C900 Pipe
Sizes: 2.00" to 24.00" with Female IP Thread Outlets from 1/2" to 2-1/2"

Specifications:

  • Body Casting: Wrap around design of Ductile Iron
  • Gasket: Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR, Buna-N) temperature range -40° F to +212° F
  • Straps: 14 gauge stainless steel, 18-8 Type 304
  • Bolts, Nuts, Washers: Stainless steel, 18-8 Type 304
  • Coating: Casting is coated with shop primer coating
  • Pressure Rating: Working pressure is 250 PSI hydrostatic
  • Rating: NSF ANSI 61 and ANSI 61G Certified
  • Optional: 316 stainless steel hardware, EPDM and Viton gasket available
