What is the difference between the 101/171 and the 102/172 Clamp Couplings?
The JCM 101 Standard Range UCC provides a full circumferential seal and wide range for permanently econnecting asbestos-cement, cast iron, steel, plastic and other types of pipe. The JCM 171 Removable Lug UCC provides a removable lug system to accommodate rockbound soils, utilities, restricted narrow spaced piping galleries and limited excavation applications. The JCM 102 Extended Range UCC - For systems with asbestos-cement, and cast iron pipe or oversize pipe. The JCM 172 Removable Lug System Ext Range UCC - Removable lug system accommodates rockbound soils crowded underground utilities, restricted narrow spaced piping galleries and limited excavation applications.
